We provide writing, editing, design, formatting, printing, publishing, audiobook, marketing and website services for authors. The scope, price and timeline of each project are set out in your written quote or agreement.
Independence from retailers
Amazon Book Publication is an independent company. We are not owned by, affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Apple, Kobo, Google, IngramSpark, Audible or any other retailer or platform named on this site. Their names are used only to describe where books can be published.
Ownership and rights
You keep full copyright of your work. On full payment, all rights to deliverables created for you — including manuscripts, covers, illustrations and files — transfer to you, except third-party licensed assets, which are licensed for use with your book.
Your responsibilities
You confirm that material you provide is yours or that you have permission to use it, and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights. You are responsible for timely feedback and approvals; delays in feedback may extend timelines.
Payments
Payment terms are listed in your quote. Work begins once the agreed deposit or payment is received.
No guaranteed results
We do not guarantee sales figures, rankings, reviews, bestseller status or retailer acceptance, as these depend on factors outside our control.
Confidentiality
We keep your manuscript and project details confidential and will sign a non-disclosure agreement on request.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service concerned.
