We want every author to be happy with their project. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work.
Before work begins
If you cancel before any work has started on your project, you are entitled to a full refund of payments made.
After work begins
Once work has started, refunds are calculated on the stages not yet delivered. Completed and approved stages are non-refundable.
Revisions first
If you are unhappy with a deliverable, tell us. We will revise it according to the revision terms in your quote before a refund is considered.
Non-refundable items
Third-party costs paid on your behalf — such as ISBNs, printing, stock images, copyright registration fees and advertising spend — are non-refundable once incurred.
Printed books
Printed copies with manufacturing defects are reprinted at no charge if reported within 14 days of delivery with photos of the defect.
How to request a refund
Email info@amazonbookpublication.us with your name, project details and reason. We respond within five business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
